It was confusing to know whether or not to drop off the keys. I had to verify if it is the right drop off location by calling Uhaul personnel to confirm that it is the right location.

I appreciated her beautiful personality and felt that she truly valued my concerns. However, my only issue was that the final cost was much higher than the initial quote, which I found disappointing.
