I arrived at 4:00 PM, 30 minutes early. The gas tank had 66 miles until empty. I requested a dolly, and it was not on the truck. I call the location, which was closed. They said they did not read the contract and I could just call U-haul and get my money back. I had to move a 250 lbs box with a bad back. I am not a happy customer.
