Apparently this location was no longer supposed to be in use as a uhaul rental. As we were informed the uhaul account was to be moved to the business next door. We were told these trucks were supposed to be 'marked red' to not be rented until the transition had occurred. We were dropped off at this location to pick up the truck and there was no one there to help as this business was being relocated. We spent over an hour waiting for someone to arrive to give us the keys to the truck. The business owners were very nice and did all they could to help. It was an unfortunate incident that added to the stress of a cross-country move. All was well, but it could have potentially been a real mess.
Danette MMy first pickup location was not good. I was able to set a time for pickup at a non 24/7 destination when I reserved. So I was not able to get my truck there and had to drive further to get. The place in Goodletsville was great.
Alex MOwner verbally accosted me as i was loading up the truck and trailer He said I was taking too long and threatened to call the cops. I definitely felt unsafe and feared for my well being. Thankfully I am trained to defend myself from all enemies foreign and domestic. This makes no sense since he allows for 24/7 drop off and pickup.
