No U-Haul employee on site at this location. Man inside store, nearest U-Haul truck's, didn't have anything to do with the trucks outside his business. This was just a storage area for use of these trucks. Called the phone number listed for this address, but it went directly back to this same store business. He finally told us to call the 1-800-GoU-Haul. It took us approximately 1 Hr. 15 min's. before we actually were able to access the rental truck. However; I do give props to Brittney for guiding us through the process after calling the 1-800 phone number.
