- More communication to the customer that this locations store owner does NOT manage/handle anything uhaul-related. When I tried to pickup my keys, I got a message to check with the owner and she directed me to online/customer support; - When I arrived, I had to speak with 3 different support reps and after trying all 3 lockboxes, only ONE key was available, and it was for a completely different-numbered truck than what I reserved that wasn't even checked in. It was a nice/clean truck compared to what I would've received, but annoying that I had to call someone else, wait on hold to speak with a manager to get it cleared for my use; - I dropped the truck off the afternoon of 6/30, but it said the truck was checked-in at 11am on 7/1, so would I get a discount for delivering it early or having to use a different truck? I understand if not, but I was just curious

There were no personnel at this drop point. I drove past it twice. A sign would help (would never have guessed had I not seen other trucks). Convenient otherwise.

Kori WI didn't get the blankets that I reserved but they added a dolly. I didn't want or need that. Had to travel to a nearby U-Haul to get them, which delayed us: At the end of the day, we got what we needed and were compensated for our trouble. 15’ truck handled a snowstorm very well!
JOANNE MNo U-Haul employee on site at this location. Man inside store, nearest U-Haul truck's, didn't have anything to do with the trucks outside his business. This was just a storage area for use of these trucks. Called the phone number listed for this address, but it went directly back to this same store business. He finally told us to call the 1-800-GoU-Haul. It took us approximately 1 Hr. 15 min's. before we actually were able to access the rental truck. However; I do give props to Brittney for guiding us through the process after calling the 1-800 phone number.
