Be advised: I rented through the app 2 weeks before my rental date the size truck that I wanted and I wanted to pick it up at the EZ Performance Center in Orange, VA. I wanted to do this so I wouldn't have to pay as much in mileage. A day or two later I get an email stating my location had been changed to the J&B gas station in Gordonsville. Although this location satisfied my needs I did provide two weeks notice of my rental request and desired location being at the EZ Performance Center. I would have hoped that giving two weeks notice that my particular request could be met and U-Haul could accommodate my request. I hope that this can be improved in the future.
