Truck was smelling like cigarette smoke, floor was full of trash and spilled drink. Back of truck was filthy as well. I rent trucks at least 3 times a month and have never had one this dirty

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had reserved packing blankets, but none were available.
Matthew MIt was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I had to place the reservation twice, and both times it switched locations and truck sizes. I did not get my advertised $50 off when availability is not met. This is my sixth? Seventh? Rental in a year, and this was by far the worst experience!
