I received the rental Uhaul 10’ with 1/16 gas as noted on the app. Then filled to 1/4 and was somehow charged $35 for fuel. Was also charged $40 for rental even though was $19.95. I drove less than 20 miles returned before time and cleaner than received. I was also charged $15 safe trip even after declining. My total was $75 when it should have been 19.95 + mileage. I will be contacting Uhaul corporate for a refund and never renting from this location which is obviously scamming customers.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis locations only had one Van, but the Rightside mirror was complety broken with the wires hanging out, small crack in the windshield on the bottom drivers side plus it wasn't cleaned from the previous renter. Also the gas tank took a while to update once i filled it. I had to drive about 6 miles before it fully showed how much gas I had put in. This made it very hard to figure out how to best fill it with what I had used. I will say the Air Con did work great since it wa very hot over teh rental period. Overall I wouldn't rent this Van again. The price was good and there was no other locaton had a van , so I was left with no options.
Christine GThere was damage to the passenger side view mirror but the signals were all working, cab was clean and comfortable and the cargo area was clean. The service at Qikmart Express was exceptional, really nice people. We will use them again.
Michele MAlthough the van was new (Only 750 miles on it), the passenger side mirror was broken which in turn made the right turn blinker not work. This was documented before we took possession. The staff & process was very efficient & smooth.
