The truck was stuck in ice we could not get it out . we wasted an hour and finally got it out by buying a traction aid at candadian tire for 70$. We drove in a winter storm the next day and the wipers went out while driving in the storm. Both were dammage and not well fix. We had to ducktape them so they wouldn't fly away again.

The vehicle was completely covered in snow and ice even though the storm was two days prior to my pick up. There wasn’t even a path shovelled to the vehicle which was parked below at the base of the hill of their parking lot. The app told me the vehicle would be at the top parking lot (which it wasn’t) which would have been much easier to get. Because of the poor yard maintenance, the vehicle then continuously spun out because I couldn’t make it up the hill because it was covered in snow and ice. There wasn’t a full tank of gas in the vehicle either.
