I was not satisfied with Uhaul on this rental because you changed the pickup location. I did not see the information that this had been changed. If you are going to change the location it would be nice if I could have a choice. There are 3 locations in town. You moved this from a location 3 blocks from the apartment where I was moving to the farthest location from me. I would estimate I had to pay an additional $12 to $15 due to this. It would have been much easier to change this to the third location in town. I mentioned this issue to the person at the deskand she did not say anything/did not seem to care that this was an inconvenience that is costing me money.

NORMAN RVery good experience. Truck was very easy to drive, even fully loaded. All personell were very helpful and friendly. Overall a very good company.
STEVEN AStaff was super kind and helpful with setting g up our tow dolly and made sure everything was working before we left. Only thing is they didn’t have enough furniture dolly’s/blankets, but they were able to refund that part of our reservation.
