The u haul app is awful. 25 minutes to go thru the process is terrible, it's slow at processing everything. Several times I had to re enter the same info. It would not always go to the next step, I had to go to the previous step and start over. The question about cleanliness and maintenance should be 2 separate questions with maybe 3 options, yes, no, or fair.
