When I originally called, I was trying to reach a closer location in Grand Junction. Apparently, when one location is busy, the phone system automatically transferred me to another location. I was not aware of the change at the time. When the attendant came on the line, I explained that I was simply inquiring whether they had a particular type of vehicle available, but she immediately pressured me to set up a reservation. I set the reservation, but when I got to the locatoon that I thought I was calling, they informed me that the reservation was at another location and they couldn't transfer it. When I got to that second location, things went pretty smoothly and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. They asked for an estimated mileage and then charged an amount to my credit card. All standard procedure. I returned the vehicle the next day. You would think that the process would be easy. Check in the vehicle and then get charged for the remainder balance of excess mileage, cleaning, etc.... Not so much. The attendant checked in the vehicle and told me what the charge was going to be. I left the store. A short time later, I checked my bank account and found that they had charged my account DOUBLE the charge. ($44 for the original charge on the day I rented and then $108 when I returned it... All for 1 day of rental). I immediately called tge office of the place I rented it and the attendant told me that there was a "computer glitch" and that the manager was taking care of it. When I finally spoke to the manager, he told me that UHAUL was crediting me back $97, but it would take 3 to 5 days for it to process. I just find that somewhere this system is flawed. Uhaul charged me three times the amount of the rental and then credits back the remainder but I have to wait 3 to 5 days see the credit to my bank. What if I needed that money in the mean time?

I reserved a trailer for three day that would cost $97. These unprofessional idiots charged me $400 dollars for a truck I did not want. This experience was to say the least the most unprofessional and incompetent "thing" i have ever in my life seen!!! DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!!

I selected no insurance on the website reservation, but when I returned the trailer I was charged $8 for the damage waiver.
I hate leaving a bad review because the equipment was great and did what I needed. The customer services on the other hand was the worst part. The employee charged my card Four times. After he ran my card the second time I told him it was charging my account. He just said itâ€™s fine it will go back but kept running the card because the machine wasnâ€™t working. He eventually got help from someone else and she came up with a bad attitude like we were an inconvenience and wouldnâ€™t look at me or answer my questions. After thirty minutes at the counter I finally got the van. I would not recommend this location to anyone I know. Itâ€™s was already stressful moving and the customer experience was adding to it.
Doors on the trailer we rented we about ready to fall off and didnâ€™t close tight. When we arrived at our destination everything in the trails had a layer of silt on it.

Unfortunately, I broke down in my car towing your trailer. I was lucky enough to barely get cell service at the top of the continental divide but was instructed in case of an emergency to contact this number, where I was told repeatedly that I had to get online and that it was against company policy to help me in any other way than to tell me to get my "HELP" online!!!! Pretty sure I'm done renting from your company ever again. I am older and older & handicapped and was left on the side of a mountain in Colorado all by myself to find 1) a computer with service and 2) get my vehicle and your trailer to a safe location! I am so mad at your company I am going to tell every single person I know how this went down when I called and asked your company for help!!! Absolutely pointless to have purchased your insurance as well! I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER,
The Customer Service was AMAZING!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was happy my trip was within 5 miles of the facility because it kept costs down. The storage unit is very very clean and secure. Our truck worked well but I would hesitate to take it on a long trip, other than that...it was fantastic!!!
Things went well
Truck had broken door seals and tires out of balance. Very loud and constant bounce. Not a good experience with the truck. Location was fine to work with

I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance, and then was told the day before uhaul could not accommodate me. I had to drive 3 hours out of the way, then got charged extra.
All of my uhaul rentals this past 3 months have been really good!
Staff was very friendly and professional. Will use this location again
