The uhaul computers were not working upon arrival. I was told this was a national issue. Since they would not take a credit card, I had to go get cash for the transaction. It took an hour to rent this truck. I had movers waiting to help and our project was delayed over an hour. When I returned the truck, someone had forgotten to close their cash drawer so they could not return my cash deposit. Again, a 20 minute delay to get $30 back.

They need more people working. I have been to this location a couple of times before this trip and at drop off. There is a huge line of people and one person working. I waited 30 mins just to drop off the trailer. MORE PEOPLE WORKING AT THE FRONT DESK!!!

I do not appreciate renting a u haul trailer with an overwhelming smell of marijuana. I called and called to let your local office know if the situation and did not receive a return phone call. I had to finally go back and get someone to write an acknowledgment of the situation. I was pulled over by Co St police and they could not find me on your system???? By his delayed my trip by an out . They finally let me go because I had the paper work in hand . I should be compensated for horrific experience lack of customer service and inconvenience of a trailer smelling like marajuana . I want a phone call to discuss further. As with most people on moving day Uhaul as the first stop. I was there to 26 foot truck but they only had a 20 foot. This caused a lot of problems during my day. I was not happy. The people at the store We're very professional and tried to make it up. But I think when i Reserve something more than a week in advance it it should at least be there when I get there. I'm highly upset about that and I'm thinking about using another company next time because of it.

Grand Junction location provided very good service. I know I wasn't asked, but Uhaul customer service not so much so. I was stranded in southern Illinois on my way to south Florida in the middle of hurricane Irma. Uhaul only offered me 1 extra day free, but eventually gave me 3 days after complaining. Still charged me 2 additional days for being late.

The reservation was sent to location from 1 800 number. The location did not verify any information during the rental process and charged us for(and tried to give us) a trailer instead of a dolly. When this was brought to his attention the uhaul employee got very snippy and said that since he had given us a deal on the trailer the cost would be the same and did not redo the contract or charges. When we returned the dolly to the Mooresville, NC I asked what the dolly should have cost and it was almost half of what I paid. I would like the $255.30 that I was overcharged refunded to me.

The ramps on the 26 ft trucks need to be longer. A longer ramp would make it easier to push carts and dollies up the ramp

I've used Uhaul for years. And this by far was my worst experience. I'm extremely disappointed by being given a truck that obviously needed serviced to spend 13 hours on the road with ! Especially when it should have been no more than a 10 hour drive! Uhaul should have paid me to drive it to the Tempe store where they redirected my drop off location. I was told by a uhaul rep, (while on the road) that the truck needed serviced and I was asked to take it where that could be done. Seriously ???? So I paid to drive a piece of junk for 13 hours to get it out of the Grand Junction store???. I'm extremely disappointing and am seriously considering changing companies for my next move. Even after years of using Uhaul. My safety was compromised by the loose steering control and competing against cross winds. I've driven truck for years and never had such poor handling.

Trailer had one bald tire. License plate was expired. Good thing I didn't get pulled over.

Equipment was clean, but there were both D-rings and side rails missing. It made securing my load very difficult. Please note that the staff was exceptional. I do not harbor any feelings of illwill towards them.
