while the location was OK , trying to find out how to get to it by phone was a disaster. I kept being transferred to customer service in Denver. No one there could give directions to the "assigned" drop off. Frankly I was cussing their stupidity. Come on they had computers they could have looked it up on - I didn't.

Truck was ready as promised. Service by agent “Val” was excellent! Check in fast & easy. Truck was easy to drive & use. Truck fee/rate was reasonable & fair. Also had a hand truck, and padding/blankets, but were not used (if used, there would have been an addition charge, which would have been reasonable and fair). Will use again and highly recommend this company.

Had a problem with one of the tie down straps on the dolly which they took care of as soon as I told them. My trailer plug adapter got left with the dolly when I dropped it off. I went back later and asked if they had found it but they could not, so they gave me a replacement one . Customer service was excellent, will go back when I need to rent again.

The rental fee of $19.95 is completely misleading. I drove the gas hog van 28 miles (59 cents per mile) and had it for 2 hours. I had to add 2 gallons of gas ($6) the van consumed to go 28 miles carrying 5 4x8 pieces of rigid insulation. Maybe 10 lbs? On top of that they added some bogus fees. Road safety fee $2 (some made up nonsense). Environmental fee $1. I sure those fees went right in to Budgets pockets. Total for 2 hours $43.22

Reserved AT equipment was not available at time requested. Had to pick up equipment at another location. Service rep did not seem knowledgeable about the rental process and had to ask another co worker to set up rental for him.

I reserved a trailer for moving. I saw the $50 guaranteed and a confirmation that my trailer would be available. I had family coming in from out of town to help me move. When I arrived to pick up the trailer and was told the one I had reserved was is not available and I would have to drive to Denver to pick one up. That would have been a 7 hour round trip Drive. The trailer I had reserved was sitting there in the parking lot but they said it was reserved for someone else who was going to pick it up in a couple of hours. I got a different trailer and returned it at the end of the day and saw that the trailer I had reserved online was still sitting in the parking lot. I asked about it and was told that person never showed up. I specifically requested the trailer with the rent because I am a 60 year old female and the person coming to help me was recovering from back and knee surgery. I was unable to find anyone local to help me so family came from out of state.

A 200 hold on my card and as of Sunday the hold was still there. I would recommend using a company that is going to charge the fee for the uhaul and put money right back on card. I rented the truck Friday. Also would recommend uhaul get better internet service for the WiFi to better help customers
