Was it perfectly clean No. The windshield, windows, and mirrors could have been cleaned better. I tried the car wash but that did not work. Had to use the window scrubber at the gas station. As far as pick up location it fine as long as someone is there. They did not answer the phone when I called. The phone number that is on the door is the one I called. If they had answered and told me that they would be there in 10 or 15 minutes I would not have mind. She was very nice, talented, and helpful. Need to have a video for people that are going to drive over mountain passes. Now for the check out process. Need to have a parking lot so you can take the all the pictures and you need to give people a lot more time to take the PICTURE'S ⚫ That way if there is a problem they can take a picture of it.
