Please make it easier to return rental equipment during business hours. I had to return my rental in the "after-hours" area because I couldn't get into the facility/gate, even after calling the office phone number.

RICHARD KWhen returning the trailer at this location, it was closed after hours. Apparently there’s a little tiny sign on the fence that says U-Haul returns, but no other further detail I leave a voicemail on the emergency line for the business and they responded in the morning, which is unhelpful I called U-Haul and they said to not leave the trailer outside beyond the fence as I would assume the liability if something happened to it, this is a giant pain but I guess the U-Haul agent found verbiage, saying to leave it outside beyond the fence, massive miscommunication, and frustrating
