I've rented from this location twice now. I'll need a trailer again in the very near future and will definitely be returning. Very friendly, easy to work with, and clearly care about customer happiness.

RICHARD EThe drop off location was a gated storage facility. A rep from YOUR company called Monday, 5/30 and I informed her we would drop off later that day. "No problem". The drop off lot was locked and no one answered the local phone. We called uhaul and after a long wait some one answered and put me on hold for > 12minutes. Someone left the storage facility and we were able to breach the gate and leave the trailer. The person that answered never came back on the phone. EXTREMELY bad experience. Would seek any other means of moving after this.

Catherine STire blew on trailer and caught on fire, possibly due to brake calipers not being properly adjusted; spent an entire day waiting along the interstate for roadside assistance to tow the trailer back to the store. The store charged us for an extra day of rental. Have not been successful in attempts to resolve this with the store location.

Jim GTruck is under power, and the transmission down shifts hard, over rpms. Who ever ordered these truck got the midnight special. Customer service was great, but for truck wise I'd go Penske or Ryder
Rob RMaintain your vehicles better, too many people get flat tires when renting uhauls because the fleet is not adequately maintained. Y'all are famous for this problem online and that's embarrassing.
Lee KI attempted to rent a u-haul from the KIA dealership on hwy. 50 in Grand Junction Co .prior to going to this great dealer, but they view u-haul as just a side line and are too busy to wait on you.

thomas gVehicle trailer axle failed in route. Roadside assistance estimate was 1 1/2 hours without replacement equipment. I had to offload the vehicle from the trailer and have my elderly father drive the Uhaul truck I was driving while I drove the car which was on the trailer the remaining duration of the trip - otherwise I was not going to make it to the destination in time to make my closing appointment on the home we moved into. The failure took place on highway 114, twenty miles south of Gunnison on a very dangerous road with no shoulder and steep drop-offs. After speaking with four individuals with Uhaul (roadside assistance, drop off location, reservation customer service, another customer service rep (William Garza)) ... I still am being charged full price for faulty equipment. I have received a voice mail from Shawn asking me to call back to discuss, which I returned and left a message. I do not understand why this is so difficult. I rented equipment that broke down and left me in a dangerous situation with great inconvenience. Nothing has been done to remediate the fact that I paid for equipment that failed. You owe me ~$380.
