You need to make sure is someone in the office all the time i have to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up because the worker have to go show a storage to a costomer. But i understand

We are currently dealing with having a credit issued back to us. When verifying the mileage and gas matched what was on the paper, the gas was under 1/4 tank. It was half way to a quarter. When this was pointed out, Catherine went back and re-did the contract to reflect what was on the gas meter. She wrote and initialed the new contract that if we brought back the vehicle with 1/4 tank, we would be reimbursed $18 and change. We dropped off the truck Sunday and was told the credit would have to be given by that store. We called and spoke to the call center who sent her a message to call us back. Never got a call. I called 3 times today. First I spoke to Paul around 4PM, who was very rude and was not very helpful. He said he would give the message again to Catherine to call me back. The 2nd attempt was after 5:30pm and I spoke with the call center and asked they please send another message to Catherine. I call the 3rd time around 6 pm and Paul answers. Again, rude and no help, I told him I was waiting for a callback, as he told me the first time she was not there. He says, “well, she’s not back yet.” I was so shocked that was his response instead of “let me see what I can do”. I know he is the GM so I don’t understand how he can’t help. He then says “I promise, she’ll call you back” I just responded “we’ll see” and he replies ok and I hung up. He calls me back maybe 2 mins later and asks for my name or contract number to finally assist me, but I have my name since I didn’t have the contract on me, but he says he can’t pull me up. I told him, i would wait for Catherine to call me. I call once more at 6:30p and Catherine answers. She said she wasn’t sure why the credit hasn’t been added, but she sent me a credit for my next visit to U-Haul, but I told her that that’s not what I want. She said she would have to research more to get us the funds back and call me tomorrow. This has taken too much time and the customer service that is being provided is ridiculous. I hope this reaches someone that will be able to speed the process up.

I had a horrible experience here. They need to make sure that all of their employees are fully train with the right sources and have noted available at all times. So they can know how to do their job properly and give good customer service. Also, she should of took notes or left her manager an email to let them know about the situation that happen so they can take the proper action. Instead of trying to charge the customer extra and don’t know the situation at hand.

Have a backup process for if the customer has problems returning the truck online (such as an email to send pictures to and the ability for documentation of the return to happen on the phone with customer service. Have the truck ready when the customer arrives. Make sure employees understand the process for accepting the condition via text has to be done before the texted link expires.

Desk agent was rude. I had no idea the truck was pre-register for pickup and did not know how to use the system to check in. I asked for assistance and the agent did not seem enthused to help resolve my issue furthermore the truck was set up for a one-way rental but I was charged for two days

This has been the worse experience ever first off when i rented the truck i told them i would be going no more than 15 miles which i did, in fact the lady never came out verify the miles on the truck or if there was pre-existing damages she simply gave me the keys and told me to walk around the back i returned the truck before the hour was up, i then get another recipet stating i went 50 miles and was charged 14 extra i asked for a manager to call me back but instead the rep is the one who called me back and said oh well thats what the truck said when i logged back as returned. Now my latest issue is my bank account they released the authorization hold and now for some reason i get another email about the auth hold that has been placed back on my account, which makes my account negative, the manager KATHERINE SPENCER after i explained my situation and how i was over charged and the procedures were not done only offered me a 50 VIP certificate for my next rental if they think for one second i would ever use u haul for that matter again, they are so wrong!!!!!!! This has been the worst experience I've ever had i wouldn't refer a soul to that location ever again. I should have known it would be an issue when there is a sign that said only accepting debit and credit cards today but oh no! never again Thanks but no Thanks, I needed a refund not a lousy ass gift certificate and a half ass apology that went no where thank goodness the rep over the phone was able to reach the manager cause it seems she wasn't even going to call me back, and let alone she says she doesn't handle the finance portion of it then what good are you. I plan to post this on any social media networks of this as well just so no one will go through what i went through using this location

Small and tight looking location but there is plenty of room in the back to hook up trailers and turn around. The hook-up and towing tips were great. The staff hooked up the trailer and checked it out for safety, etc. Everyone was professional and friendly. There is not a lot of room to park a vehicle to come into the office and if they can add parking, that would be good.

Trying to get your local office is almost impossible and your answering service takes 10 to 20 minutes to get someone to answer. People answer phones so hire people.
