It was that good dont change anything

MICHELLE KAll I needed was a 6'x12' open trailer, but there aren't any in our area. Only 6'x12' enclosed trailers which don't have tie down anchors. So I had to rent a 16' toy hauler trailer which was way overkill for what I needed and cost $60 more. Please provide some 6'x12' open trailers at our location.
KEVIN II reserved a car trailer in Bemidji Mn, but the day before pickup I got a call from U-Haul saying that they didn’t have a trailer in Bemidji and that I would have to drive to Grand Rapids Mn to get one. So after waisting 3 hours driving there and back I drove by the Bemidji location and they had a trailer sitting on the lot! I was absolutely pissed! That’s the worst customer service I’ve ever had with U-Haul, I will never use the Bemidji dealer again.
