Please don’t lie to ur customers… a vehicle should be in tip top shape before renting it out. The cigarette lighters should work so one can charge up their phone… I was told to check the fuse. Really?? And the turn signals on the car trailer should all work.
Adam RThe trailer looked very clean. The tires looked new. They had nice furniture blankets that are necessary for protecting the furniture. The people were very friendly and helpful. I would use them again. I don't see how they can improve ...they are great already.
Tom MI was over charged. I didn’t check the safe tow box for the dolly and got the $30 charge anyway. But other then that pretty smooth and polite people at both locations.
Joseph TThey made the process of picking up and dropping off the trailer quick and easy. Nothing to improve as far as I'm concerned.
