The packing blankets were brought out to me like dirty laundry, not folded at all. I ordered three dozen. They miscounted and gave me sixteen in total, was told to go to the other uhaul center to get the rest. Did not do a vehicle check with me, did not hook up the traitor that I towed for you guys, i checked out the truck.I hooked up the trailer and I loaded the blankets and hand cart..

The online app made it next to impossible to change the pick up location. When I ordered online the pick up location was wrong, I had to call my local u haul to get it changed.

Jamie BYour website would not allow me to upload the pictures when I was taking the rental at 10:30am. When I returned it, was much smoother. But initial pickup was not great. I also had my reservation switched between 3 locations when I made the reservation. Vehicle also only had minimal fuel when we picked it up.
