close and easy to find I was told only to drop the key and no other information was given. I thought there was a check in procedure and I left feeling nervous that my rental hadn't been closed properly - i had also forgotten to take a pic of the gas level (I do remember it was higher than when I picked the truck up)

We booked one for 979.00 and then checked again and notice it was 4 hundred and something in grande prairie. So I booked it. But whe I received the text about pick up, it was in valley view.

Kenny RDo not tell me I have a 26' truck reserved then about face 2 days before my move to say you don't. Also do not send me to 2 different locations to pick up a smaller substitute the day before my move. Extremely unprofessional.
