I had no interior truck heat for 3 hours driving in -25 c. My feet froze and hurt to thaw. I did mention it to drop off.

They miscounted and gave me sixteen in total, was told to go to the other uhaul center to get the rest. Did not do a vehicle check with me, did not hook up the traitor that I towed for you guys, i checked out the truck.I hooked up the trailer and I loaded the blankets and hand cart..
Richard SThe online app made it next to impossible to change the pick up location. When I ordered online the pick up location was wrong, I had to call my local u haul to get it changed.
