Johnny PMy uhaul pick-up location wad changed the night before my move via email, and I was guaranteed a pick up time off 8am. I was also guaranteed an appliance dolly and furniture dolly. After calling customer service, i found out this place didn't open until 9am. The guy didn't come at all until I called him several times to get the key. I waited over an hour. There were no dollies. I called customer service to try to find one. Nobody would help me and/or call me back after leaving voice mail. I had already paid for the dollies and I really needed them. Once I finally got the keys to the truck, I had to go to Lowes and spend $250 on dollies because uhaul failed to provide me with any solution. This was the worst uhaul experience I've had.
