wrong mileage was charged and it was obvious!!! no one even question it, they just wanted to charge my card an outrageous amount. I will never use Uhaul again and I will not be recommending it to ANYONE!!!! there are other options people can use!!! your company turning everything into automated service sucks

My overall rating of poor isn’t because of the pickup or drop off personnel. My big issue is with U-Haul. I ordered and received confirmation that my pick up location would be Southampton, Ontario. (I live 2 blocks away). I was never informed that my pickup location was changed to Owen Sound. (35 minute drive). I only learned of the change because I logged into my account and saw this change. I think that U-Haul should be a little more proactive in informing the customer when change of location has occurred. This was a very frustrating experience. On a positive note, the personal in Southampton and also Owen Sound were very helpful if my questions and needs.
