The store front was closed when we arrived for our pickup. The truck was not cleaned (the cargo area in particular); the truck had very little gas (50 miles DTE) and then I was offered a credit of $10.50 to ensure the tank was AT LEAST 1/4 Full at return. When gas is $1.729 per litre, $10.50 gets about 6 or 7 liters and certainly no where near enough to move the tank level to what was stipulated in the revised contract. After we pickup the truck, we were called saying our pick up was waiting. Apparently the information we provided was not properly recorded or was lost. Overall, not a good experience. The location could be great for cottage country but the office & process needs improvement. I will note that the person who did provide the keys was very friendly and obviously was trying to be as helpful as possible.

Clean trucks
Jerry PVery good location for summer vacation people. Cottage country. Roadway is from the back is pretty rough, but the highway access is great. Good collection of different sized uhaul options.
Greg BBall size on the hitch needed adjusting as it was too loose. Safety spring on hook is far too difficult.
VICTOR HWe had a one way rental from Winnipeg Manitoba to Bracebridge Ontario. Upon dropping the truck off we filled up the fuel at the gas station right next door. (less than 100ft). The location was closed for the night. Much to my surprise a few days later this location billed me $63.50 for fuel. I have a picture of the mileage and fuel level. I am not even sure how they got my Mastercard number. Uhaul customer support is giving a refund. Makes one wonder how many people this location has taken advantage of. So glad I checked my Mastercard bill.
