Reserved a truck with pickup and drop-off locations well within the mileage limit. It was to be picked up in Springdale. I was called two days before pick up to advise none were available in Springdale, even though I had reserved well in advance. I was offered one in Gravette. I confirmed twice that mileage would be waived, since U-Haul suggested it. When the truck was picked up, the mileage was NOT waived and the agent advised there were no notes in the file. 2/10. Not impressed.
