1. Ordered 12 blankets. "We don't offer blankets at this location since we have no onsite storage, but you can look in the trucks and see if you can find some". 2. 6 x12 trailer: No tongue jack, no personnel to hook it up. I'm 68 and that is a heavy sob! No tongue dolly available. My back STILL hurts!
James DThe vehicle I rented had bald tires on the left rear. I used the vehicle locally, but if I had to go long distance that would have been scary. They need to do better inspections on the vehicles before releasing them for rental.
