We originally set up our truck rental at the 115 W Duval Mine location. Since they open at 7 AM, we set our pickup time for 7:30. The day before our pickup we got an email saying our pickup location had been changed to a place that doesn't open until 8:00 so we would be using your online pickup. Fortunately the business owner came in early because we were unable to log into the system. He was able to get into his system and although he was not open, helped us get the truck. His information did not include the 24 pads we wanted and he only had 12 available. His service was outstanding, Uhaul's was poor at best. We have rented from Uhaul numerous times and found the individual service providers excellent, but Uhaul online systems very iffy.

I had a great experience with this rental. The last time I rented in PA the online check in was very difficult. This time it was straight forward and easy. So I can’t complain about a thing or think of any improvements that are needed.
Mike ATruck was dirty and we were sent to another location to pick up the hand truck we requested. The staff tried to be helpful but they are new at this and lacked adequate training.
Helene LThey charged me extra over $100.00 and said that it's some kind of deposit that I will get back upon returning the equipment. When I returned the equipment, I found out that there is no deposit but added some insurance that I declined.
ROSIE REmployee was helpful and respectful and everything went smoothly. I will definitely use this place again.
