We had reserved a truck online at the local Uhaul store that was open on Sunday. They said there were no 10' trucks available that day, so we could pick up at this location using the 24/7 service. We had not used the 24/7 service before, so called Raggs to get more information & was told to download the app & once we paid on there, they could see the rental on their end, including the furniture pads we ordered, but there was no place to pay on the app at that time. The next day I called the Uhaul store to make sure the rental was available at Raggs & they stated I would be sent a link how to check in & pay, etc, but still didn't have any link sent. The morning of our rental I still hadn't received any further information so called Uhaul customer service again & someone finally explained to me how the truck share system worked & the check in option showed up on my phone. When we arrived at the location & checked in on the app, we couldn't get any of the photos of the truck to load, couldn't complete check in without the photos, & there were no furniture pads in the truck. Had to call customer service again, was told the app often glitches, finally was able to check in on the website, had to drive to the Uhaul store to pick up the furniture pads (saw 2-10' trucks parked in their lot!) & were 45 minutes later than we wanted to begin our move. The truck was clean & the move went smoothly, but at the end of a long day, we had to take photos on the app of the truck, mileage, & fuel to check the truck back in again. All of this was an incredibly long & frustrating process for the paying customer to have to do when there was a Uhaul store right down the street with employees who could be doing the check in & out.

Scott WWe originally set up our truck rental at the 115 W Duval Mine location. Since they open at 7 AM, we set our pickup time for 7:30. The day before our pickup we got an email saying our pickup location had been changed to a place that doesn't open until 8:00 so we would be using your online pickup. Fortunately the business owner came in early because we were unable to log into the system. He was able to get into his system and although he was not open, helped us get the truck. His information did not include the 24 pads we wanted and he only had 12 available. His service was outstanding, Uhaul's was poor at best. We have rented from Uhaul numerous times and found the individual service providers excellent, but Uhaul online systems very iffy.
Mark MI had a great experience with this rental. The last time I rented in PA the online check in was very difficult. This time it was straight forward and easy. So I can’t complain about a thing or think of any improvements that are needed.
Mike ATruck was dirty and we were sent to another location to pick up the hand truck we requested. The staff tried to be helpful but they are new at this and lacked adequate training.
Helene LThey charged me extra over $100.00 and said that it's some kind of deposit that I will get back upon returning the equipment. When I returned the equipment, I found out that there is no deposit but added some insurance that I declined.
ROSIE REmployee was helpful and respectful and everything went smoothly. I will definitely use this place again.
