No need for improvement. Ed was really good to me. I had to keep the truck longer than expected but it all worked out in the end.

Nobody answered the phone or called me back

DEBRA HAn equipment check should include all indicator lights. They worked but you couldnt see them on the road. Considering this vehicle had less than 40 hours operating time, could have very well been a manufacturing error. The vehicle itself was clean, though we did have to sweep the cargo area before loading it, which wasn't bad considering this was part of the ride share system and relies on customers to do their part. The check in system at this location was very easy, the parking lot was easy to access and easy to locate our truck and park it back in place.
