ROBERT LI thought I would need a 6x12 trailer, but found that all I needed was a 5x8. I brought the 6x12 back and took a 5x8. The equipment was swapped out but the cost of the rental was not adjusted when I picked up the equipment nor when I dropped it off. I would have rated the experience much higher except for the apparent U-Haul policy to get every dime out of the customer rather than be fair. Other than this issue, which I doubt the management allowed him the flexibility to provide, the guy that checked me in was helpful.
JAMES NCheck in was so easy!!! Couldn't ask for a nicer employee to check me in and when I returned the truck it was a different employee and he was just as nice!!
