I thought I would need a 6x12 trailer, but found that all I needed was a 5x8. I brought the 6x12 back and took a 5x8. The equipment was swapped out but the cost of the rental was not adjusted when I picked up the equipment nor when I dropped it off. I would have rated the experience much higher except for the apparent U-Haul policy to get every dime out of the customer rather than be fair. Other than this issue, which I doubt the management allowed him the flexibility to provide, the guy that checked me in was helpful.

Check in was so easy!!! Couldn't ask for a nicer employee to check me in and when I returned the truck it was a different employee and he was just as nice!!
PATTI J1 of the 2 car dolly straps was frayed beyond usability. It has been dragged on the road for hundreds of miles. I was told that per Corp policy, they were not allowed to replaced the dolly and that I would have to take it to repair facility. Since I was about to hit the road, this was not an option. So, I repaired it enough to make it usable. When I got to my destination, I told them what I had done, they said it was as good as they could do, but would replace it just the same. I doubt they will.
