I did not like the U-haul app for pick up. I wish the identity verification steps and drop off location selection step took place at time of reservation.

JOHN MNice truck for a rental this time. But I had to put gas in it because it was nearly empty and wouldn’t have made it very far. Side note: Was hopeful to buy some boxes but was told they didn’t carry them.
