You guys hammered me with mileage for $80. You had my destination and my address. How could you quote me so low and hit me hard on the back end? that's called FRAUD. Never will recommend U-Haul to anyone; matter of fact, I will post on every website I can find to let people know this scam you pulled.
MITCHELL SEverything was simple and easy. The staff were friendly. I ended up picking up earlier than I thought and they were quick to fix an issue with a fuse I had.
