What I expected from U-Haul. When inspecting before hooking up..it would be helpful to point out any existing “damage” as sometimes the person is trying to keep up w other “check out items. “

Michael SDue to the fact that uhaul was trying to force me to drive 56 miles round trip to go to pick up a auto transport trailer they forced me to pay for an additional day of use due to the fact that the local facility would NOT be open for buisness for pick up of the equipment on the day of actual usage and for that the customer , me , was penalized for the facility being closed for buisness and for this uhaul should look at their program for their rates and correct it based on rental facilities operational hours .
