I did not originally plan to pick up my trailer at this location - it was well out of my way. The U-Haul reservation center contacted me the day before to let me know that the trailer I rented 2 weeks earlier was not available at the desired location, but a smaller trailer was available there, and it was the only trailer within a 50-mile radius. However, they did have an appliance dolly. They did not have the appliance dolly I requested. I had to wait for over half an hour for someone to come help me hook up the trailer after being told someone would be "right out" to assist me. However, contrary to what the U-Haul reservations representative said, they did have the size trailer I wanted.

Dawn ONot really helpful getting reservations. Did it online after leaving business. Had to purchase electrical lighting socket attachment for trailer. Which should be included in rental.
