I found your app a bit cumbersome. IMO there should be a more "automatic" way of linking your transactions. I reserved my truck on your website but then it was not visible in the application. After completing the paperwork it still was not visible in the app. The time it was most frustrating was the late night return. EVENTUALLY I found the way to associate the rental in the app. I've been an IT professional for over 35 years, developing applications for all platforms. I wonder if other potentially less technically savvy people would find this frustrating as well. All-in-all the rental was easy and productive but that's the one complaint I would register.

Brand new ACE Hardware location. Staff was excellent and very friendly.
ROBERT GTurned truck in a day early manager said she would complete drop off in just afew minutes but did not but had to call U-Haul two days in a row to get it completed. Finally on 2nd day after delivery it was completed! Not happy about this.

KATHLEEN AI had googled their closing time and found out it was 11 AM. I got there early at 10:30 and found out they opened earlier and I was charged $32 for late return.
