I ordered 2 small dolly’s they gave me 1 giant heavy appliance dolly. I had a huge move and the dolly’s were very important to haul hundreds of boxes. The lack of the proper tools that I had ordered ruined our whole day and made what should have been a quick job into a huge undertaking that was unnecessary. When I called support I got absolutely no help or resolution. Having boxes stacked 5 high upstairs and opening the back of that truck to not see the only tools I ordered to make the job doable was a sinking feeling. A completely ruined day.
