This was a third party location. The gentleman I dealt with was kind and courteous, but the truck was not ready to go when I received it. I had to ask for something to take the couple inches of snow off the back door in order to check the inside of the vehicle. When I finished cleaning off the door, the back was dirty. It had not at all been cleaned, not mopped, and not swept, but I needed the large truck so I decided to take it anyway since no other locations had one nearby. Then I leave the lot and the steering wheel of the large 26' truck had to be held 10'oclock for it to drive straight. Whatever location had this last and transferred to this place should not have signed off on it.
