Truck was not ready at the reserved time. No personnel on site to assist. On the phone for 30 minutes to get the keys and start our rental. Very sketchy operation.

Great customer service

barbara gThis place is a dump! I was very concerned for me and my family's safety as this did not feel like a safe location. Our rental wasn't much better. The check engine light was on as soon as I started the truck up, and had a horrible squeal that never stopped.
Sean GMiss Toni was so nice an helpful. Will definately go see her again if I need a truck.
