When we picked up the truck it was very dirty on the outside with dried mud caked on the truck ! We took pics of it cause the photo part of the app was not working!! I have these photos also if needed . The cargo of the truck was not swept out either . I suggest anytime a truck needs to be picked up that these places are open and available for help if needed!!! Using the app was frustrating and not user friendly.
