KYLE HI was overcharged on JULY 7th for a one-day rental on July 3rd and I returned the U-Haul the next day on July 4th. I was charged an exorbitant amount of $528.39 fraudulently by the Culture Cowboy location in Greenwood, SC. I should have only been charged an estimated $64.75.I was told that i had driven 441 miles based on the mileage entered from the rental before I rented the truck. I explained the locations I had driven to that it under 20 miles total for my entire rental. I was told by an employee at Culture Cowboy that I needed to call 1-800-Uhaul to get the issue resolved. I called and I received reference id 5380564 but no one has called to assist me with getting a refund for the overcharge. I am in no way please with the service that I received with U-Haul !! CONSUMER BEWARE !!
