I asked if I would be able to drop the vehicle off at a location closer to the end trip on the phone, they said yes. Then when I go to pick it up I was told I had to bring it back. Added an extra two hours of driving due to the false information and lack of communication. Will not recommend to anyone I know unless they’re able to talk to someone in person

Audrey OWe reserved a regular dolly and moving blankets and got no moving blankets and a large furniture dolly. Service was good other than that. Also the small truck had no ramp which was very challenging and we weren’t aware of when renting.
