Truck was very dirty when rented it, was charged an additional 55$ for the truck being not even a full gallon less.
ELYSSIA APick up location was changed by U-Haul due to truck availability. I had on the initial rental request, furniture dolly and hand truck. They said they could not provide those because it was a one way rental. I had to ask to have that removed from invoice. They took 30 minutes to complete paper work and did not have any kind of chair for my 89 year old mother who was present as we were using her credit card for the rental. I ended up purchasing a 24x36 fold in platform truck to assist in my move.
GLENN HMake the return after hours process alot more simple. That was entirely too much to do especially in that neighborhood at night. That's too much especially for a female.
