Zero help with hooking up trailer. Trailer was hard to access and had some other trailers blocking. Trailers all on gravel so can’t move or adjust. Ended up straining upper back trying to get hooked up. No one there when I came back to drop off. No one in office to confirm rental drop off. Trailer had gravel and a couple plastic bottles in it still. Overall just not the best experience.
