I actually reserved the vehicle at 'U-Haul Moving & Storage of Millard Stonybrook' online but found out the day before that U-Haul changed the pick-up location. The original location was a couple of miles from my house while the new pickup location was over 11 miles away during rush-hour traffic. This posed issues for my moving crew who were supposed to arrive 30 minutes after the pick-up time. In addition, the new location was unmanned during the pick up time while the original location was already open. The truck had under 32,000 miles on it and the cruise control did not work at all and it was a long trip. In addition, there was no manual in the truck and the check engine light came on during the trip. Without a manual, we couldn't check to see what the issue was and could not see how to turn on the headlights.
