Todd W | Overall ExperienceI am very dissatisfied with this facility. 18 months ago our items were wet in one building and we had to move to the other climate control storage unit. However, we went to move into our new house and everything had mold on it. He has to say our insurance will not pay the same claim 18 months later.
PENELOPE K | Overall ExperienceI was NOT notified of the flood in July of 2024 I went to my storage unit to find most everything was full of mold. I have all my emails from your company and NOT one of them said there was a flood at that location in 2024. I only found out by going there to pick something up. Since then I have asked for a refund of all the monthly payments made since July of 2024 My unit was full of mold, very hot and humid, very disgusting - not climate controlled as you advertised and what I paid for. I have contacted your company by phone calls and emails. I have only heard one reply which was that I had to move out of the unit. I have paid for all those months of what I thought was climate controlled which it was not. The only recourse I have is to notify the BBB and channel 6 news to get a refund.

Downside was our 2 storage units were broken into & the security cameras were of no help in identifying thieves.I would recommend storage here if there were additional steps taken to insure storage area was secure from thieves
Jim K | Overall ExperienceThe storage building that we were placed was filthy with piles of bird poop all around the storage building floors and on the stored vehicles in that building. We complained multiple times over the 4 years that we stored our RV but the management did not do anything to clean up the piles of bird poop or pursue anything to rid the birds from the storage area. Over time the wind blew across the piles of bird poop and created significant poop dust that spread across everything in the building. We constantly noticed that no other buildings had the bird issue that our building had. Our storage area was disgusting, filthy, and a health hazard.
