Gate Access: Was my biggest issue on the app I did not receive any Access number to enter on pick up and drop off . Call customer service to get transferred 3 times . However there were people who are renters of the Storage units there whom let me in both times . If it where not for them I wouldn't have made it on time to pick up or drop off .
