Checking in my truck was easy.. I have used this location as I had a storage unit rented here. The staff are great at assisting with whatever your needs may be.. they are very friendly. The storage units are clean, and they have large carts to use for your ease of moving your possessions around.

The lady that checked me in was soooooooo nice. I can't remember her name but she had curly hair, almost a ginger color. We were talking about the insect repellent she made. I could talk to her all day. I could tell she's a people's person. You'll definitely have the right person up there. She was extremely helpful, & gave me a lot of good information for my benefit. Definitely will go back.

Charles MI had issues dropping the trailer off. I had no gait code.
ADRIANN MLook at my reservation notes. Wayyyy too much went on to type all that happened. Worst part is I never got an apology from the location or a discount or anything that would make up for all the wrong doings
