The truck was bad, 1) tyres was not suitable for winter, the steering screen has the beeping warning about the same. i was stuck in the parking lot for 30 mins, It was very hard to drive with those slippery tyres, 2) The driver side windshield was not working, on a rainy day like that its totally unsafe to drive. 3) the latch was hard to open and close of the trolley storage. As mentioned above these problems are not normal and it is totally unsafe to drive and when i complaind the store they said the complaint has been registered multiple times and so many drivers have faced the problem still U-Haul has not repaired the truck.

Truck windshield was covered in ice. Took me an hour to defrost. Truck should be ready for drive at time of reservation. Inside of truck was unclean.
SHREYAS SWe rent often and this locations service has been amazing!! Our last rental we had a problem with the back door. We could barely open it and it seemed broken. We could hardly close it. So obviously something happened to it before we got it. Just wanted you to know that the door needs to be fixed before it is rented again Other than that we will continue to rent from this location !
DONNA SI picked up the truck with the fuel level slightly below 3/4 and returned it at exactly 3/4. Even with photo proof from pickup and drop-off, I was charged for 6 litres of fuel. Very disappointing and unfair experience.
JUSTIN MMy only concern is your hidden fees ($19. .jumped to $69)...with a minimal amount of km/miles and gas gauge is off,does NOT compare..ie: amount of drive/km's VS the amount of gas used..way off and your on line APP needs to be looked at!!...You can not enter state/province IE: Ontario!!!!
