The back was dirty which isn't the worst thing but the front headlight did not work which made it very dangerous to drive..

The person at the counter said that vehicle is not available but when I checked online it was available so I booked online and approached the counter back after that t he gave the vehicle with very disappointed face actions. I really don't know the reason. maybe he don't like to work but my question is if he don't like to work ,why he is there he could have go home
Noble JWe noticed at home the truck we had, came with almost no air in the passenger side front tire. We were able to fill it up and had no problem afterwards
Tanya DI had to go to a secondary location to pick up a Dolly, but they were saying they could not rent it to me separately. The initial location that the U-Haul employee booked. My reservation at was not open so I did not have the option to get a Dolly. I waited in the store for almost 45 minutes. While the person tried to process the rental.
Donette ATruck had an engine maintenance light on. Vehicle needs to be serviced. Selected mobile pickup but was required to go into location to receive keys. If mobile pickup is selected this should be an option. Representative was helpful and polite.
