Truck had an engine maintenance light on. Vehicle needs to be serviced. Selected mobile pickup but was required to go into location to receive keys. If mobile pickup is selected this should be an option. Representative was helpful and polite.

make sure the vehicle is road ready. the vehicle i was assigned had a warning light on for tyre pressure monitor. Your advertising was for $19.95 per day, your guys forgot to mention PLUS C$ 1.29 PER KILOMETRE AT TIME OF BOOKING. THE MILEAGE COST SHOULD BE CLEARLY STATED AT TIME OF BOOKING. False advertising on your part.
HASTY M1. When I changed my order for an earlier pickup time, it was not obvious that the location had been changed as a result as well. The new location was much further away from my new residence. 2. The UHaul location owner clearly did not check the vehicle after the previous user since the doors were not locked on the vehicle and there was a previous user’s box of clothes and other items still in the back. The owner told me to leave the box on the sidewalk and that he would call the previous user.

JOHN KThe truck was bad, 1) tyres was not suitable for winter, the steering screen has the beeping warning about the same. i was stuck in the parking lot for 30 mins, It was very hard to drive with those slippery tyres, 2) The driver side windshield was not working, on a rainy day like that its totally unsafe to drive. 3) the latch was hard to open and close of the trolley storage. As mentioned above these problems are not normal and it is totally unsafe to drive and when i complaind the store they said the complaint has been registered multiple times and so many drivers have faced the problem still U-Haul has not repaired the truck.
