Your technology is potentially very good but still buggy. I got very frustrated at return because submitting photos kept giving me a random error. Called U-Haul and they said looked perfect from their side. Don't remember details now but another event early on where U-Haul's system did not match what I was seeing on my phone, causing a problem.
