Had a horrible begining with the first truck that was issued to me and the customer service rep I talked to Aisha I woke her up she couldn't answer the phone and was not helpful at all she just transferred me to the main line and not roadside assistance. I had to go thru another lady and roadside who went above and beyond to take care of me.

Bridgette HYour technology is potentially very good but still buggy. I got very frustrated at return because submitting photos kept giving me a random error. Called U-Haul and they said looked perfect from their side. Don't remember details now but another event early on where U-Haul's system did not match what I was seeing on my phone, causing a problem.
